Eggs scrambled with local chevre, basil and tomatoes

Local Organic Yogurt with honey
Ripe local melons and strawberries
Juice and coffee and pain au chocolate

Sandwiches underway (ham and edam with a spicy Dijon on French)
Apps:
Brie with toasted baguette
Duck Mousse Pate
Nuts and Chips
Dinner: (alfresco for Steve’s Birthday Dinner)
Slow Roasted Leg of Lamb
Dauphinoise Potatoes
Local French cut green beans, steamed and sprinkled with Fleur de Sel

Triple Chocolate Espresso Cake with French Vanilla ice cream
